DHS Neo 3

Nittaku Hurricane 3 Neo (8701) is a sticky inverted rubber made in China and officially distributed in Japan by Nittaku. Its official 52.5° ESN sponge, listed as a 52° ESN hardness scale, supports spin-heavy close-to-the-table attacks with a livelier Neo response than classic untreated Hurricane sheets. It suits players who want heavy service spin, precise short play, and linear power when they actively engage the sponge.
