Nittaku Moristo SP AX

The Nittaku Moristo SP AX is a modern offensive short pimple rubber designed for players who demand speed without sacrificing spin and control. It features an optimized pimple structure with a larger diameter, smaller spacing, and horizontal arrangement, which significantly enhances grip and spin capabilities—making it play almost like an inverted rubber during attacks while retaining the classic direct feel and blocking precision of short pimples. The sponge, shared with the Moristo SP, provides a balanced medium-hard feel (approx.40°ESN), offering a dynamic and forgiving response. It excels at flat hitting, punch blocks, and quick counter-attacks near the table, yet generates surprising amounts of spin on serves and loops. Players can easily vary pace, from explosive winners to controlled placement, making it a versatile choice for an aggressive all-round or offensive playing style. Ideal for intermediate to professional players looking for a short pimple that combines power with safety and variability.
