Donic Original Carbospeed

The DONIC ORIGINAL CARBOSPEED is an offensive powerhouse designed for players who thrive on relentless attacking. Its 5-ply construction combines a thick kiri core for lightweight responsiveness with two carbon layers for explosive speed and stiffness, all encased in premium kiso hinoki outer veneers that add a hint of softness and dwell time for better ball grip. This blade delivers blistering pace and a very hard, direct feel, making it a formidable weapon for smashes, loops, and drives. Despite its extreme speed, the large sweet spot (thanks to the carbon layers) provides surprising consistency, though control demands advanced technique and precise timing. The stiff structure ensures excellent energy transfer with minimal flex, catering to aggressive, close-to-the-table play styles or powerful mid-distance rallies. With a weight of approximately 85g and available in FL and ST handles, the Carbospeed is a classic choice for players seeking maximum power without sacrificing all touch. However, its challenging nature means it is best suited for experienced players with strong stroke mechanics who can harness its relentless pace.
