Victas Curl P5V

Victas CURL P5V is a long pips racket covering designed for modern defensive players who prioritize maximum disruption and control. Building on the legendary CURL P1V geometry, the P5V features an extremely hard pimple structure (hardness55°ESN±3) that produces a uniquely flat and dead ball flight when blocking. This forces opponents into errors as the ball's trajectory is difficult to read and the lack of spin makes it challenging to attack. Choppers and blockers alike appreciate the rubber's exceptional precision and feedback, allowing them to place blocks deep on the table or vary spin reversal with subtle changes in racket angle. The hard pimples offer high reversal of incoming spin, sending back awkward, floaty balls that disrupt the rhythm of aggressive loopers. Available in sponge thicknesses of 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, and OX (no sponge), players can choose the level of speed and sponge effect. Thinner sponges (and OX) maximize reversal and control, while thicker sponges add a hint of offensive capability for occasional attacks. Best used on defensive blades (DEF/DEF+) to fully exploit its disruptive qualities, the CURL P5V is a premium choice for advanced players seeking to win through variation, deception, and rock-solid consistency rather than speed.
